What are the shipping times for your products in USA ?  

We need 1-2 days to process the orders

Then 9-12 days to deliver it to you.

 

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking email within 2 business days.

The email will be sent to the address used at checkout and will include your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time.

If you don’t see the email after 2 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@elio-california.com.

There are items missing from my order, what is going on?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, two deliveries will be made. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item to the email address:   support@elio-california.com   and we'll send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order at any time and see where it is. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment as long as the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.
